2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

We make every effort to display our products and colours as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will be completely accurate.

  

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods provided at checkout.

  

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates only and we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors.

Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be provided. Please ensure all delivery details are correct, as we are not responsible for lost or misdirected items due to incorrect information provided.

  

5. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our [Return Policy] for information about returns, exchanges, and refunds. Items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of receiving them.

We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or used items.

Return and Refund Policy

  

We offer a 7 day return window from the date your item is delivered. If 7 days have passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it—this includes being unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@stetic.com.au. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

  

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom      or personalized products
  • Personal      care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before proceeding.

Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the quickest solution is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

  

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@stetic.com.au.
